Content and conduct that are not allowed on the Podcat marketplace.

1. Illegal activity
You may not use Podcat to promote or facilitate illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or content that violates applicable law.
2. Harassment and hate
Content that harasses, threatens, or incites hatred against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics is prohibited.
3. Deceptive claims
Listings or promotions may not make false or misleading "guaranteed results" claims (e.g. guaranteed chart position or download numbers). Claims must be accurate and verifiable where relevant.
4. Fake listings and manipulation
You may not create fake listings, impersonate shows or brands, or attempt to manipulate tracking or analytics. Podcat may remove such content and suspend accounts.
5. Enforcement
Podcat may remove listings, requests, or accounts that violate this policy. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent suspension.
