Refund policy

How we handle refunds and disputes for placements.

1. When refunds apply

Refunds may be considered when a placement was paid but not delivered as agreed, or when the host did not provide a working verification link within the agreed window. We recommend buyers pay only after host approval and, where possible, hold funds until the placement is verified.

2. How to request a refund

Contact support with your request ID, the listing or placement details, and any verification link or proof. We will review and respond according to the facts and our policy.

3. Disputes

Disputes between buyers and hosts are handled on a case-by-case basis. Podcat may mediate and, where appropriate, issue refunds or take other action. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
